1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Prism, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Prism.
2. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use Prism, the prompts you submit, the files, websites, API keys, accounts, credentials, and other data you connect, and any actions you take based on AI output. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and verifying outputs before relying on them.
Prism may generate inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, offensive, or unexpected results. Do not rely on Prism as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, tax, security, engineering, or other expert advice.
3. AI Outputs and Automated Actions
AI-generated content is produced by models and providers that may make mistakes. You are responsible for deciding whether output is appropriate for your use case and for any consequences that result from using, publishing, executing, sharing, or acting on that output.
When using browser automation, file editing, terminal command suggestions, extensions, or system-wide writing tools, you must review actions before allowing them to affect your files, accounts, browser, system, or third-party services.
4. Data, Credentials, and Third-Party Services
Prism can connect to third-party AI providers, developer tools, payment services, local models, browser automation, and account systems. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, billing rules, rate limits, and security practices.
You are responsible for protecting API keys, login sessions, tokens, files, and credentials you add to Prism or use with Prism. Do not provide secrets or personal information unless you understand where that data may be sent and what provider will process it.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Prism to violate laws, infringe rights, bypass security controls, access systems without authorization, create malware, harass people, generate deceptive content, commit fraud, or perform harmful automated activity. You must also follow the terms of any model provider, website, API, or third-party service you use through Prism.
6. Purchases, Trials, and Updates
Paid plans, trials, promotion codes, and lifetime licenses may be offered through third-party payment processors. Prices, features, and availability may change. Frequent updates may add, change, or remove behavior as the app improves.
7. No Warranty
Prism is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranties are made that Prism will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, compatible with every system, or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Prism is not responsible for damages, losses, claims, costs, data loss, security incidents, business interruption, account issues, third-party provider behavior, AI output, automated actions, or other consequences arising from your use or inability to use Prism.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits, so parts of these Terms may not apply to you.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Prism after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
